A collaborative effort between Balboa Catering and 13th Street Cocktails, our pizza hearth gets up to 1,000 degrees and can turn out one finished 10-inch pie every six minutes. It also includes a stovetop for extra flexibility as well as an optional raw bar and cocktail bar.
